Setup Fee is CAD$79(G) per color. 1st color run charge is included, additional colors will incur a run charge of CAD$1(G) per additional color. Set up fee CAD$142(G) for books with full-color add-ons. Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from proof approval. Actual pre-production sample available for CAD$79(G).
