Case Study: Using Graphic Pads for Eye-Catching Event Coverage

Project: A popular software company wanted to design a custom Graphic Pad for their yearly event. With a custom-designed poly overlay, the graphic pad offers the option of full-color inserts and unique, memorable covers. The books were to be passed out at the beginning of the event and contain scheduling, speaker, and sponsor information.

Solution: The clients worked with our Graphic Design team two years in a row to create unique die-cut custom poly overlays that represented the themes of each new year - a blue poly wave overlay and an imprinted guitar poly overlay. Each book included full-color digital inserts that contained everything from meeting schedules, maps, speaker bios, a floor plan for the event location, and information about the event's sponsors. Clients also added an optional pen and penport combination so attendees would have all the supplies necessary for taking notes on-the-go. Each notebook filler page was custom-printed with the company logo for maximum exposure.

Results: Attendees were well-equipped throughout the event -- with access to all event information as well as note-taking tools at every meeting -- in one practical promotional item. The notebooks also functioned as a unique, attractive souvenir as well as a handy reference tool that continues to be useful long after the event's end.

This is just one example of how we where able to help one of our distributors develope a creative solution for a client in need. All you need to do is contact sales@journalbooks.com to get started.
