For WMH's Healthy Heart Program, patients with hypertension and obesity were given a GraphicPad, customized with Exercise/Nutrition filler, so they could easily track their daily fitness activities and food intake in an effort to lose weight and lower their blood pressure.

Foundations

The Heart 2 Heart Foundation used a custom DesignerPedova as a "thank-you" gift to the platinum sponsors of their annual fundraiser and luncheon. The additional tip-in page included facts about heart disease in women and provided tips for minimizing risks.

SCM Medical Center provided this MedicalManager to their cardio-rehab patients, who were recovering from heart surgery. Patients use non-dated filler pages to monitor their blood pressure, heart rate, daily prescription regimen, and a useful tool for follow-up physician visits.
