Wolters Kluwer
June 6th, 2013Managing or hosting an event is a popular way to promote your company and an excellent opportunity for the perfect promotional products. The EventPlanner was designed for use as both a practical tool during the conference or event and a valuable resource for future reference, with a front calendar for meetings as well as note space in the back. With the flexibility of made-to-order, this book can be customized to include all printed material (like maps, lists, contacts, and schedules) and relevant information about the event in one bound book.
Company: Wolters Kluwer Health
Project Goals: Create a product for clients to use as a workbook during the company’s yearly forum event.
The Product: They chose to create a custom EventPlanner to distribute at the beginning of the event, with tabbed inserts in the front section dividing inserts custom-printed with all necessary event information. The inserts included a full-color welcome letter from the host organization, a full-length agenda for all event meetings, and a fold-out map of the event space for navigation. Additional inserts featured company information, event guidelines, and note space designed specifically for different speaker topics. With a stock calendar section in the front, lined notespace at the end, and a pen and penport for easy access, the final book was a convenient, all-inclusive tool for the entire event.
Results: Attendees left the event with a bound record of organized event information curated by the client. The custom EventPlanner included all event information in a single item that advertised Wolters Kluwer Health on each page. Attendees kept their planners at hand throughout the event, adding value to the book with their own personal notes, and were able to take the books home afterward to use as a reference or keepsake. In addition to use as a record, the calendar portion ensures future use as a practical promotional product.
